Opera, Operatic, Operastic

Let's see: do you like Opera? No.
Well, don't run away, maybe exploring this section of i-Italy you'll become an opera aficionado…maybe not, but why not give it a try???

Do you frequent your local Opera theater and are mostly disappointed with what you hear there? Are you one of those freaks that owns thousands of recordings (let's not forget our precious rare bootlegs) but don't know with whom to share your obsession? Look no further!

I want to hear all about the recordings that steal you for hours throughout your day. Why are these so meaningful to you? I will probably even agree with you! Wouldn't it be nice if we, as a community of global opera lovers, were able to share immediate and truthful responses about performances as they happen around the world (instead of getting annoyed by the often pointless reviews that we are subjected to at the hands of Opera News, Classical Singer or some other magazines)?

I envision a free online source of information that is filled by the people who go to the Theatre, the same who buy the tickets, those who really keep this Art alive with their passion and their enthusiasm. Tell me how that singer, conductor or stage director did in that city, on that night, in that theater straight from your mouth. And if you think that your opinion is not worth wile, you are wrong(!!!), that's why i-italy is here - to show you that sometimes the truest opinion is that of the heart, the only thing that matters when it comes to ART.
